Frank Gillard Gold Award winner for best sports coverage 2011 as co-presenter for BBC Radio Manchester\'s Rugby League Extra Programme. I have been a freelance commentator and presenter with the BBC Radio Manchester Sports Team for the past 30 years. Currently co-presenting Rugby League Extra on Thursday evenings and Friday night, Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon programmes (as fixtures determine) throughout the rugby league year. I have also compared the Lance Todd Trophy Dinner for three years and in another twist, the Inspiring Women Awards in Manchester for six. It is a sideline I thoroughly enjoy and which fully complements my full time occupation.
