ABOUT TREVOR HUFFMAN

Here\'s a quick rundown of my last 25 years: 1. Led Kent State University to an Elite Eight in 2002, helping the team secure the most wins in Mid-American Conference History while finishing as KSU HOF player, got my #24 Huffman jersey hanging, and became the university\'s All-Time Leading scorer. Then I went onto a 13-year pro career with stops for the Phoenix Suns, Okapi Aalstar, Oostende Filou, Spirou Charleroi, U.D. Oliveirense, and Antibes Sharks across Belgium, Portugal, Germany, France, and Poland. Retired from hoops and started Huffman Basketball, the first unified youth basketball development program in Northern Michigan. We aim to help train, develop, and create travel teams (and lifelong friendships) among the most passionate players in the North. HB has trained every level of basketball player- from beginners to college, WNBA/NBA pros, and Mr./Miss Michigan Basketball award finalists. Get into entrepreneurship to become a co-founder of Swish House, a b*d-ass basketball fitness company that gets you in shape with a basketball in your hands without live one-on-one or five-on-five. Published and co-wrote a not-so-top-selling book on Amazon.com called \"Golden Dreams.\" I am working on my next book, Dear Athlete, while I create, share, and inspire athletes to find meaningful progress in their athletic journies. Became a top Medium.com writer in travel, fitness, sports, personal growth, and self-improvement. My writing has been curated by premier publications: LEVEL, Sports Raid, Data-Driven Investor, The Ascent, The Startup, and the Writing Cooperative. Went sailing in the Caribbean on a 39-foot sailboat for six months (with little experience), got ransacked by pirates, and survived to tell the tale. Built a real estate portfolio and successfully semi-retired at 35 to live free from the grip of soul robbing, mental health stealing, and sedentary American capitalistic corporate values. Now, I write, advise, consult, and work with entrepreneurs, athletes, and humans who are searching for a meaningful life and career.
