Qualtrics is the leader and creator of the XM (experience management) category whose mission is to close experience gaps and to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. I sit in the Professional Services organization aligned to the Strategy and Research (STaR) pillar of the company. As a Research Manager, I lead a team of analysts in the delivery of complex research programs, mainly brand trackers. The intent of these programs is to provide businesses with measurement of brand KPIs and insights into how to drive brand growth and improve the relationship to the target audience. Some highlights from this role include- Oversee advisory support for a consistent portfolio of ~40 brand tracking programs, summing ~$10M in ACV- Direct responsibility for nearly $1M in billable deliverables annually (designs, reports, consultations)- Support growth and expansion of a ~$80M global STaR delivery business - Directly managed 10+ direct reports (7 at one time, 4 at one time)- Architected and support project profitability tracking for the global STaR delivery team, working across functions both within and outside of STaR delivery, and across AMER, APJ, EMEA teams.
