About Trevor Ford
I am an experienced Principal Program Manager and Project Manager with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Foster School of Business. I have led enterprise-wide programs end-to-end in Financial Services, Technology, and Retail industries. My passion is empowering organizations to create exciting customer experiences by enabling their teams to work better together. This passion has come alive in a breadth of deliverables ranging from partnering with engineering teams to develop and deploy applications and systems that support organizational effectiveness, to leading the company COVID-19 program by owning strategy, governance and operating rhythm to ensure all program components (i.e, strategic alignment, life cycle management, benefits alignment, engagement, and governance) enable the business to continue delivering for the customer.Various People (HR) roles have heightened my consulting and empathy skills to identify key enablers of program performance, and these roles have sharpened my ability to influence across teams to drive work forward. The MBA experience broadened my business acumen boosting my ability to align people activities with company OKRs, and to use data to monitor the success and health of programs. Together, these functional and academic experiences have allowed me to increase call center efficiency, deliver cost avoidance tactics, and lead strategic budgeting and planning for senior leaders of a business unit. I am looking for senior program management, technical program management, and business management roles to continue delivering organizational and operational outcomes that empower teams to deliver great customer experiences.
