Trevor is driven to build competition, manage risk, and ensure the process of the sale is in the best interest of his clients.Before joining The Yoder-Harman Group at Marcus and Millichap, Trevor managed the leasing process for 40+ properties across some of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Through personalized showings, high-level lead tracking strategies, and a repeatable signing process, Trevor took ownership of the leasing process from first contact to signed lease, allowing for a smooth transition into the brokerage business. Throughout his time within the leasing industry, Trevor was able to bring in nearly half a million in rental income and achieve a record-breaking leasing month, when his team averaged more than 1 lease per day for the locally grown property management company he worked with.Trevor is a proud Cincinnatian, born and raised in Loveland, OH before attending the University of Cincinnati, where he majored in Entrepreneurship with a minor in finance. A former Cincinnatus Scholar, Campus Tour Guide, and National Council Member for his professional development organization, Trevor takes pride in giving back to the community that built him into the man he is today.
