In recent years applying GenAI and LLMs to business problems including contract parsing, lead scoring, and home valuation.Applied AI & ML: Proven success applying machine learning, GenAI, and LLMs to business-critical problems, such as contract parsing, lead scoring, and home valuation, focused on improving efficiency and accuracy.Direct the machine learning department that oversees our Real Estate automated valuation model for residential real estate that has guaranteed over 2 billion in offers to customers. Also helped build model for top of funnel lead scoring to better optimize paid search. Using OCR/LLM/AI to optimize contract extraction speed and accuracy.Built an agent swarm using Claude Code to audit and clean up 8 years of accumulated BI logic, working end-to-end from upstream dbt models through LookML and Looker dashboards. Removed over lines of dead code and cut dbt execution times in half.
