ABOUT TREVOR HORNE

Background Hello. I am an international coach, trainer and writer and facilitate the journey of individuals and business organisations on the journey to their own and business potential. I have worked with small business start-ups, established businesses looking to grow to the next level and large organisations investing in the training and development of their people. In every case, though, you and the business are at the centre of everything I do. I do not lead or follow, but I do walk alongside you challenging, questioning, probing and always supporting you on your development adventure. Often, people just need the time and space to find their own way. My individual coaching is designed to create and hold that space for you to do with it as you will. Not a place to hide but, but a place to explore and discover the unique strengths and gifts that I know you have - and then use them. I have effectively coached individuals and business leaders from across the world in one-to-one and group sessions, by video and by phone.
