Direct the delivery and research of conflict prevention, management, physical intervention and protective equipment training along with evaluation and review of associated assessments in accordance with legislation, policies and working practices. This will be fulfilled through the review of organisational processes (ie; training needs analysis) which will address and support training design, training delivery, training evaluation and feedback. I work to the key principles of; Process Focus, Flexibility, Inclusiveness, Support & Development, Self Assessment, Integrity and FairPlay - agreeing training provision for agencies and organisations as part of our service provision initiatives.
