I lead our In-person Transactions Design Team, which creates new digital-led self service solutions for our customers who typically rely on in-person banking, our branch ambassadors, and our back office operations processes. In this role, I help oversee the progress of all team projects, find opportunities to improve the customer experience and the services we offer, and work across multiple teams to align our collective organizational understanding. I also coach a team of four designers (made up of UX, a front-end technologist, and a strategist) and implement the process and structure needed to efficiently communicate with our partners and produce work.
