I am a results-oriented professional with expertise in leadership, strategic planning, project coordination, and content marketing. Holding a B.A. in Communication from Albion College, I’ve honed my skills in mentoring, coaching, and content creation, enabling me to effectively drive growth and impact in dynamic environments.Currently, I serve as the Program Manager for COOP Careers’ Miami and Chicago regions, overseeing the Digital Marketing and Data Analytics tracks. As the inaugural Program Manager for COOP Careers Miami, I successfully led the launch of COOP Miami’s first cohort, building a team of four and supporting students in their journey to overcome underemployment through digital skills and peer connections. Today, I manage a team of 16, consistently achieving an average NPS of 90, and continue to refine our approach to deliver exceptional outcomes for participants.My passion for professional development fuels my commitment to creating positive, growth-driven environments.
