About Tressa Gardner
Works with the team leads of the SiMT\'s business units to reach prospective business and industry clients, and manages the Gould Business Incubator (gouldincubator.sc.gov), currently home to 35 small businesses and startups. The SiMT business units include Event Services, SiMT Manufacturing (Additive Manufacturing and Advanced Machining) and the Incubator. Previously managed all activities related to the college’s grant-funded South Carolina Advanced Technological Education (ATE) National Resource Center Project, internships, industry partnerships, budgets, personnel and related projects and/or activities to advance technician education at FDTC and nationally. Additional work experience in manufacturing and restaurant management.
