I teach 60-minute Hatha classes weekly that are inviting to people new and seasoned. I focus on the meditative aspect of Yoga and that is incorporated throughout classes, even when I sub a Vinyasa class! Recently, I\'ve been subbing Yin and Restorative classes that offer a collective sigh of relief for everyone present, myself included.
