What’s your exercise regimen?•I walked 2476 miles (3985 kilometers) in 2024 according to my Nike Run Club app. That\'s approximately the equivalent of walking from Berlin to the North Pole or from New York City to Los Angeles. I plan on beating those numbers in 2025. Do you have exercise targets like me?•Right now I have over songs on my phone. All kinds of genres from disco to rock to orchestral to ambient to folk to hip hop. And of course lots of dance music. I love to dance. Do you? Music makes the world go around.•I’ve been fortunate to visit 41 countries & 6 continents so far. I love all the different cultures on our planet. It’s important to respect our planet so that all cultures, animals and plants can thrive. Clean air. Clean water. Clean food. Spending time in nature is important. That’s real freedom.
