Holding a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, and a B.S. in Computer Engineering, I constantly find myself looking to understand, and solve complex problems and issues. Currently I\'m working with Accenture, a global technology firm, where I\'m aligned to Technology - Analytics. My area of specialty is People Analytics encompassing data collection, movement, modeling, and data visualizations that help empower businesses to make more data-driven decisions and collect actionable insights. My experience includes a wide range of industries like retail, healthcare, consumer goods & products, public sector, utilities, hospitality, and financial services. Working in a number of agile environments, I help lead clients and colleagues through new opportunities focused first on value and then to-scale.Additionally, I serve on our National African American Employee Resource group leading membership engagement and strategic partnerships where we focus on increasing opportunities for our employees to feel connected and develop professionally, and ensure Accenture is making a bold stance with resources in our communities.Outside of my professional career, I also serve as the owner and executive chef of Trent J Gourmet a personal chef and branding business. Active member of my church, Wheeler Avenue, serving as a mentor with my fraternity Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc, and host of other organizations and initiatives in and around the city of Houston and abroad.
