That\'s all I thought I needed to do to set my life up and not struggle like me and my family did as I was growing up. As I worked my way up the ladder in the manufacturing world for six years, I achieved a lot. I was able to buy a house, start a family, and start a retirement but I was missing something! I was missing a purpose and a passion! I was burned out working long days and hours achieving no purpose in my life. I decided it was time to bet on myself and take a chance!I found a team that aligned with a mission statement I had been saying to myself for years! That mission was to help middle America on financial literacy and education! I knew the statistics, I had seen the lack of this knowledge in my everyday life with co-workers, family and friends. I knew this was a call to action for myself to get up and chase the mission to help families achieve their financial goals and educate them along the way! If you\'re like me and have had this feeling for a long time that your meant for more, to impact people on a way bigger scale than what your career is allowing you now. That burning question of \"there has to something more than this\" If this is how your feeling, have you thought about betting on yourself and trying something new while still keeping your current career?I love the mission of our business because, even though I didn\'t learn about financial literacy in high school. I was able to get a license and now through experience sitting with our clients, I\'ve learned that no matter your background, there are so many people that didn\'t learn either! I love that I am now able to fulfill the mission of helping families and watch how the ripple effect changes their family, relationships and community in a positive way!If you feel lost or unqualified, or even the feeling of wanting more than your current career can offer. I\'ve been there and I hear you. I\'m here to tell you, there is a solution. You don\'t have to do a dramatic pivot from the start. You can stay where you are while learning and taking on something new simultaneously.
