With a B.S. in Commercial Construction Management, GC license, and Journeyman Electrician license, I bring both hands-on trade experience and strategic insight to every project. My background as an estimator, electrician, landlord, GC, and former laborer allows me to bridge the gap between design intent, cost efficiency, and field execution.Outside of Elmington, I lead Cole Properties, a real estate investment and development partnership focused on acquiring, renovating, and managing residential properties across Middle Tennessee.
