   Technical lead for BCNC’s Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP and Azure). Managing/optimizing Cloud budget spend, Cloud migration projects and managing Cloud learning programs.• Technical lead/consultant/advisor on internal, as well as partner/vendor infrastructure initiatives (data center moves, asset divestitures/mergers and medium to large projects spanning end user to data center services).• Vendor contract and statement of work negotiations for large, complex work stream implementations• Responsible for stand-up of new MSP contract and negotiating service and operating gaps associated with migrating from an all-purpose, all-inclusive incumbent vendor of 6 plus years.• Leading transition of services for eight technology towers to new MSP including: Large Systems (iSeries and mainframe), Mid-Range (AIX, Windows, Solaris, HPUX and Linux), Middleware (Database, Content Management, File Transfer, etc), Network and Telephony, Service Desk, Collaboration Services, Cross-Functional Services and End User Computing.
