I’m Trent, and I am where technology and leadership intersect. I’ve made a career out of leading engineering teams and choosing the correct technology path for each company’s scaling needs. Currently, I serve as the Senior Vice President of Technology for Cervey. For the last 17 years, I have been instrumental in pioneering all of the solutions the company currently offers to our client base. I live for solving business and technology problems. The more complex and challenging, the better. I am highly motivated with a huge capacity for structured strategic thinking which traverses scenarios others may struggle with. I can both see the big picture and the detail.Leadership is about putting vision and structure and team-spirited motivation around change. Change is inevitable it is something to be welcomed, change requires you to be unafraid to take calculated risks, be adaptable, tenacious and keep an open mind.I’m passionate about technology because I enjoy solving problems at scale. In my years of experience, I understand that technology doesn’t happen in a silo. I always lead my teams to be in constant communication and collaboration. I believe successful companies are built by exceptional teams, and I always aim to lead my teams to excellence so we can accomplish our objectives accurately and swiftly.
