I am a Human Resources Analyst at Citi, where I support the CFO Groups, Finance HR team. I graduated from American University with a Bachelor\'s degree in Communication, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government (CLEG) in May 2023. I also studied Political Science and Economics at the University of Edinburgh for a semester. As an HR Analyst, I collaborate with various stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and solutions for the finance function. I also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives that align with Citi\'s values and goals.
