About Trent Ross

With over 15 years experience in the UX/UI industry, I now lead the product and design vision at one of the fastest growing tech companies on the Silicon Slopes. Recently, I have lead multiple international UX/UI teams for one of the largest beauty and wellness company’s in the world. In past projects, I’ve redesigned estimation software used by the biggest insurance carriers in the US and designed my idea about sports management into a full web and mobile application that was used by thousands all over the country. I am a passionate, product-minded, and customer focused innovator. In my spare time I read design, product, and business books. Two of my favorites are “Sense & Respond” by Jeff Gothelf and “inspired” by Marty Cagan. I’m a big fan of clearing runways for my designers and building trust. I also still find ways to get my hands dirty in fun design projects either to support my teams load or to do something creative on the side. Additionally, I continue to teach front-end web development for fun at the college level and have done so for the past decade.
