Develop and manage fundraising efforts, including event planning and execution.· Collaborate with Government Affairs Director (GAD) and committees to identify issue priorities and develop action strategies. Updates the committee on state and local collaborative efforts.· Assists GAD with advocacy efforts on behalf of the association on a local level.· Communicate with members to monitor issues and educate them on association positions.· Assist in collaboration with the state association on both state candidates and issues.· Supports Calls for Action to utilize Realtor Party initiatives.· Strategize with the RPAC Committee and GAD to develop a plan for reaching RPAC investment goals. Assists with executing the plan and ensures compliance with state and federal law.· Maintain department files and serve as liaison for association staff relating to government affairs activities.
