I direct the development and execution of strategic academic partnerships, driving innovation and expansion with community colleges and Texas Woman\'s University. Ensure the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance in accordance with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB), The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), and the university. I make critical decisions regarding core curriculum, evaluation of transfer credits, and adhere to Texas Woman\'s University signed MOUs, articulation agreements, and fully executed Transfer Pathway Plans. I provide expert guidance and empower academic units to create and enhance effective partnerships. I strategically build and manage key stakeholder relationships to advance institutional goals for strong recruitment, retention, student success and completion. I oversee articulation data management of over 50 pathway agreements and over 30 community college partners. I leverage leadership positions on university operational committees to shape policy and drive strategic outcomes.
