About Trelane Clark
Most of us have spent seasons in survival mode, whether in our work, leadership, or personal lives. That includes me. But there came a point when I had to decide whether to stay there or move forward. My work is about helping people move beyond survival mode to live and lead with heart, resilience, integrity, strong relationships, and a commitment to equity. That philosophy is what I call THRIVE.I guide people forward through connection, clarity, capacity, and curation, helping them reconnect with their experiences, clarify what matters most, and move toward meaningful growth.I bring nearly 30 years of experience in public, private, urban, and independent schools, where I have served as a teacher, leader, mentor, presenter, and speaker. Today, my work extends across consulting, writing, speaking, travel, and community-building.I am the founder of THRIVE Consulting Group and the visionary author of the forthcoming anthology, THRIVE: Breaking Free From Survival Mode in Education. In addition to consulting and speaking, I curate women’s empowerment experiences and transformational travel opportunities that create space for reflection, connection, and personal growth.I also serve as President of Black Women Education Leaders, Inc, where I work to amplify and support Black women in educational leadership.Across all of my work, my goal is simple: to help people reconnect with their experiences, clarify what matters most, and move forward with intention. You’re not behind. Growth takes time, reflection, and courage. You don’t have to do it alone.
