I am passionate about learning and teaching through experiences, rather than observations. My strengths are in communication, evaluation, and leading and inspiring collaborators. I am a highly motivated, detail-oriented, strategic leader with exceptional creative and organizational skills, fusing story and trend/lifestyle analysis into my work. I have over thirty years of professional experience, in Project and Organizational Management, Education, Writing, Publishing and Graphic Design, and Experiential Design, in which I have developed excellent team building and leadership skills. In addition to my professional work as an author, publisher and designer, I have developed comprehensive curriculum for and taught over 30 courses at the university level, which have created a continuing education for myself and the joy of training and mentoring young minds for the future. I am an Award-Winning Scenic, Lighting, Projection and Puppet Designer working in Theatre, Film and Television. I am the Author of \"Teddy\'s Travels - America\'s National Parks\", the Award Winning travel guide for families to the National Parks.
