Responsible for launching 70 units of small, permanently affordable housing at Peace Village, SquareOne\'s latest project which opened Dec 2023. Our legal model is individual membership shares in a limited-equity co-op on community land trust property. My role focuses mainly on initial membership process, governance structure, policy development, and organization of over a dozen resident teams that cover a wide range of village functions.
