ABOUT TREASA KEARNEY

I am a very charismatic sociable individual who works hard to achieve my goals. I completed my PhD whilst working as a lecturer and as a marketing consultant. As a researcher I have gained extensive knowledge in data collection and data analysis. I have published in Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Marketing Management and Journal of Services Marketing. My research focuses on services, consumer engagement and the role of value co-creation.I have carried out retail data analyses for major retailers and have experience of presenting analytic findings to a non-analytic audience. This has been done at an international level at conferences as well as for retail based companies. For my lecturing position I am constantly engaging with public speaking and I am an excellent speaker and communicator. In my roles as Director of Undergraduate Studies for Marketing and Director of Postgraduate Studies for Marketing, I have worked closely with senior management, my colleagues and students to ensure the smooth delivery of high quality marketing programmes. My personal commitment to professionalism in education is reflected in my Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (HEA).
