I joined Recorded Future when the company was 250 employees and have helped grow the business to over In May of 2020, I stepped into the role of interim Head of HR and led the function through December, 2020. Accomplishments-Led the HR Leadership Team through a vision, objective setting and prioritization exercise to develop the company’s first people vision and strategy-In partnership with the business, developed and introduced the company’s first leveling and market-based compensation structure-Implemented a new engagement tool to conduct an in-depth employee survey following the company’s acquisition and guided the executive team through a review of the data to identify action plans.
