   I am the Director of Behavioral Health at a Federally Qualified Health Center. We use a collaborative and integrated care model to provide medical, dental and mental health to the under-served in three counties in Washington State. We have behavioral health services in 7 of our 12 clinics and have a goal of expanding to all in the future. Our goal is to bring integrated health treatment to the areas where people live in rural Washington. As the BH Director, I participate as a member of the executive leadership team that oversees the management and strategic development of the medical, behavioral health, dental and pharmacy services.This position provides clinical leadership and expertise within the behavioral health team to improve patient care throughout Valley View Health Center. As the BH Director, I have the primary responsibility for development and implementation of the collaborative care model working closely with the medical and dental clinical directors.
