The Compliance Manager is responsible for the corporation\'s portfolio of Tenant Income Certifications (TIC’s) and some aspects of property management. This includes various tasks pertinent to property management day-to-day activities,include but are not limited to: staff, handy-crew, residential manager sand tenants. This position is responsible for maintaining the compliance and partial financial soundness of all managed properties, to ensure that all managed properties and units are maintained in a safe and sanitary condition, and to manage tenant relationships at all managed properties.
