Served as Bond Counsel or Underwriter\'s Counsel for over $1B General Obligation Bonds or Revenue Bonds issued by the State of Mississippi since 2013. Served as Incentive Counsel to Developer of Telemedicine Technology Center and Health Care Industry Zone Project, assisting developer to obtain corporate income tax deduction, sales & use tax exemption, and ad valorem tax exemption. Served as Incentive Counsel to The Claiborne at Adelaide’s Health Care Industry Zone Project, assisting developer to obtain corporate income tax deduction, sales & use tax exemption, and ad valorem tax exemption. Assisted in the negotiation of an economic development incentive agreement or MOU with the State, local governmental unit, and private industry on a $225 million economic development project.
