Currently employed as an Human Resource Manager at Amazon where I am constantly challenged by multivariable situations on a daily basis and encouraged to try new and imaginative solutions. While aiming to support operations in running the most efficient and effective shifts. I enjoy learning as much as possible and being exposed to new challenges and scenarios that give me a chance to apply my knowledge and grow personally and professionally. My long term goal is to obtain a C-Suite position as well as helping to build a more diverse and inclusive work force.
