As a Colby College graduate with a degree in Global Studies, focusing on Latin American Studies, I have a passion for learning about different cultures and perspectives. I currently work as a Planning Manager for the Men\'s Apparel division at Sierra, a TJX company, where I apply my analytical skills and pivot table proficiency to optimize inventory and sales performance across multiple channels and regions.In my role, I partner with various teams, such as merchandising, allocation, marketing, and e-commerce, to develop and execute effective strategies for demand planning, assortment planning, and promotional planning. I also support the development and coaching of associate planners and analysts, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture that values diversity and innovation. I am motivated by the opportunity to leverage my global studies background and planning skills to contribute to the growth and success of Sierra and TJX, while delivering value and satisfaction to our customers.
