About Travis Wiens
Travis Wiens has always been around the world of finance. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs Travis had gained a wealth of knowledge in vast array of industries before attending college at the University of Wyoming. Immediately following his graduation, Wiens began working on the development and operations of 600 room hotel complex near Denver International Airport. During this time Travis provided key insight and analysis to secure financing for the project and was directly involved in managing the construction of 2 new hotels, the Holiday Inn Express and the Holiday Inn and Suites as well as managing the ongoing operation of 3 other hotel properties. Travis has also provided in depth modeling, analytics and strategic planning for the structuring, financing mergers and acquisitions of companies in wide range of sectors. These sectors include, hospitality, oil and gas, natural resource, banking, commercial real estate and technology. Travis is also a license Mortgage Broker in the State of Colorado and has acquired an expertise in the field of residential lending in addition to his experience in commercial finance. Travis earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis in Bank Management from the University of Wyoming in 2008. While at the University of Wyoming, Travis played football and was a member of the Wyoming Cowboys Club Baseball team which played in the 2008 NCBA World Series. Travis also serves as board member of the Colorado Springs Westerns Street Breakfast, which is an annual event that attract over people to Downtown Colorado Spring every year in an effort to raise money for military charities and military families.
