ABOUT TRAVIS TOKAREK
I am an atmospheric scientist, hold a PhD in atmospheric/analytical chemistry at the University of Calgary and I am a Professional Chemist (P.Chem). My goal is to contribute to the mitigation of pollution. I have a history of involvement in leadership and management. I love to be challenged and am very focused and engaged in my experiences. I believe that the future of good quality science lies in our ability to bridge disciplines and collaborate.I am hard working, well-spoken, enthusiastic and motivated. The skills I have developed are versatile, interdisciplinary and adaptable to apply to any career. I have a lot of hands-on experience in research, and instrument and method development. I have worked for more than 25 years over a wide variety of occupations. Over these years I have developed integrity and a strong work ethic. I love to discover and create. I am versatile in working independently and in a group setting but always tend to take a leadership role.
