Manages development and participates in selection of Fahe portfolio of Member regional impact strategic initiatives.•Manages the implementation and execution of the Regional Advancement programming schedule which includes: Outreach meetings/trainings, pitch sessions, regular staff meetings, etc.•Provides strategy framework to Member regional strategic initiatives in areas such as market research, overall strategy, outreach, business model, operations, needed financing, etc.•Participates with the Opportunity Group for assessing Member regional target sectors such as workforce development, housing, broadband, for gaps and entrepreneurial opportunities.•Manages relationships, contracts, research activities related to regional initiatives, housing advocacy, related housing laws, land procurement and other applicable policies as appropriate.•Drives initiatives to build local demand among Member communities•Provides targeted support to transitioning regional initiatives to other departments upon achieving initial sustainability and a determination is made for a transition to an operational line-of-business (18 months – 3 years)•Manages the transition process to make sure that Member regional initiatives have a seamless transition into fulltime programs at the host department.
