I have experience working as both a Security Guard and on the managerial team at Luna Security Services. In the office, I’m responsible for scheduling and conducting interviews with potential new hires, ensuring we select candidates who best align with the company\'s needs. After reviewing applications and speaking with applicants, I coordinate their assignments for upcoming events and provide on-site supervision to support and evaluate new team members. Beyond recruitment, I take on various administrative responsibilities including bookkeeping, processing payroll, and onboarding new employees. While in the field, I\'m tasked with making sure event operations run smoothly by managing a team of guards as well as routinely checking in on our new employees. This dual-role experience has given me firsthand insight into the daily demands of running a business and the coordination required to keep a team operating efficiently. I\'ve developed a strong understanding of team leadership, organizational processes, and the behind-the-scenes work that supports a high-performing company.
