Manage the day-to-day operations and work in partnership with the leadership of Kissimmee Christian Church and attend weekly staff meetings. • Supervise administrative support staff and other positions such as the Internship Coordinator, instructors, and fundraisers.• Speak on behalf of Advance to churches, donors, conferences, and conventions.• Maintain yearly academic calendar to schedule classes, instructor training, and other events. • Communicate and coordinate with applicants and instructors to manage the student process from application to completion of the program. • Support students who complete the Certificate of Endorsement in finding placement in their desired ministry field. • Manage donor program including, but not limited to, giving program with levels, regular updates via letters, emails, etc, reaching out to new donors, and following up on leads for new donors. • Finance: communicate regularly with bookkeeper for financial reports, state filings, etc; create yearly operations budget to be approved by the Advance Board of Directors.
