Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a rotational program in which I learn about each step in the process of producing the James Hardie products, after which I will begin a capstone project to improve some aspect of the company. I work at the Tacoma 2 Plant which is home to the fastest sheet machine in the world and is capable of producing more siding than any other fiber-cement manufacturer on Earth. We use highly automated state-of-the-art industrial equipment, and I am excited to apply myself to further improve our advanced technology and systems.
