To achieve the managing brokers license, an individual has to be a full time real estate agent for a consecutive three years and return to school for 90 credit hours, along with passing a series of exams. This license gives me three times the state-required education that a typical agent would have. In 15 years, I have acted as an advocate for clients in transactions totaling over $150 million in real estate sales.
