ABOUT TRAVIS FITTA

I’m Travis Fitta, MiLB Hitting Coach in the Washington Nationals Organization. Currently serving as the Triple-A Assistant Hitting Coach. With over a decade of coaching and leadership experience, I’ve led teams, built programs from the ground up, and established the systems that make sustained success possible. From SOP creation and onboarding frameworks to individualized athlete development and performance tracking, my focus is on building scalable, high performance environments that deliver measurable impact.Previously, I served as Hitting Coordinator at Driveline Baseball, Director of Player Development at Ascent Athlete, MiLB Hitting Coach in the Chicago Cubs organization and as an Infantryman in the United States Army. My work is driven by a few core values: trust, transparency, relationship building, and accountability. Whether I’m training athletes, developing staff, or aligning departments, my goal is the same, help people become their best.
