I’m Travis Brady, a brand revitalizer turned culture shifter. After 30 years in marketing and employee relations, I now lead Human Resources at Hedrick Industries—my family’s century-strong business—where I’m focused on transforming workplace culture and positioning us as an employer of choice across the southeast.My career spans real estate, hospitality, tech payments, and apparel, but my throughline has always been the same: maximize impact, elevate people, and build programs that matter.Outside of work, I’m a breast cancer survivor and advocate. My journey through Stage 3A ER+ PR+ breast cancer led me to interview over 50 survivors and write Make Room for Healing: 40 Tips from a Breast Cancer Survivor, published by Hay House. It’s my passion project and a resource for anyone going through cancer treatment.Based in Chapel Hill with my husband and daughter, I’m driven by purpose—whether it’s reshaping company culture or helping others heal.
