To the people brave enough to ask the stupid question; the one everyone else is too afraid to say out loud.These kinds of questions have reshaped my entire career.I\'ve spent 15+ years designing large-format energy systems for Tesla, Rivian, Faraday Future, Lucid, and beyond, working from the shop floor, the systems level, middle-management, and the C-suite. I\'ve authored 20+ patents. Earned a PhD in chemistry. And I\'ve had a hand in building things that literally move people.But the thing that\'s most important to me: none of that matters if we\'re too afraid to ask.That\'s why I founded Ask Anyway — a publishing house and movement designed to challenge the dominant narratives about work, leadership, and what it means to be human. I write books. I speak. I advise leaders. I wrangle obscenely big questions. And I\'m raising my daughters to do the same.I\'ve been moving at the speed of stupid questions for years, and I\'m sick of being the only one.
