SixFifty removes the complexity and mystery from creating legal documents for business owners and HR professionals.At SixFifty I headed the redesign of a promising but aging application, guided by four key principles: making the app more intuitive and logical so the user could easily create their legal documents, implementing best practices for accessibility to ensure all users could benefit from the system, making the app responsive to work seamlessly across different screen sizes, and incorporating a recent brand exploration to give the app a fresh, polished look and feel.I also designed multiple complex new features, including an online legal document marketplace, in-app document editing functionality, interactive document approval processes (including commenting and suggestions), AI-driven document updates and merging, and customizable document hosting and deployment.We revolutionized the user experience for long-term customers by simplifying and focusing a previously daunting info input portal, making it effortless and enjoyable for the end user to create and deploy legal documents.We added a new class of super user that could manage multi-company groups, which created an entirely new revenue-stream opportunity for us.I collaborate closely with the CTO, product teams, and dev teams to deliver files that are easy to understand and quick to develop.I also constantly present and demo new designs and feature sets to senior leadership, keeping all stakeholders apprised of progress.
