Everyone wants to be an innovator. True innovation can only happen from the cutting edge. Business processes get outdated over time, that\'s just what happens, we aren\'t going to replace the things that are working. To stay on the cutting edge you have to be committed to iterative process improvement. Let’s add some shorter feedback loops into that Software Development Cycle, let’s automate some of those steps. This requires someone who can take a Deep Dive into the available data, and engage the all the stakeholders to identify where the updates are that can really bring a fresh look to the business, and springboard into real innovation.
