My journey at Growth Gurus has been about evolving from a hands-on strategist to an architectural leader. Hired to lead client strategy in a fully remote agency, my role grew to direct our overall lifecycle marketing vision and build the systems that bring it to life.My approach is to own the entire process. I start by leading high-level strategy calls to translate a client\'s business goals into a clear roadmap. From there, I direct the promotional campaign from creative brief to execution, project managing our remote creative team. Finally, I get hands-on and personally architect the sophisticated CRM flows that power the entire journey.It\'s this end-to-end ownership that delivers rapid results, like a 130% revenue increase in just 6 weeks for one client. But the lasting impact comes from scaling that knowledge. That\'s why I developed the foundational Lifecycle Marketing playbooks that are now the standard for our entire agency, ensuring that our success is repeatable and our whole team is empowered.
