I am a passionate senior leader that has worked in public and private sector healthcare roles with nearly 20 years of experience. While my career started as an engineer in carbon composite bicycle manufacturing, I quickly discovered that I was drawn more to the process not just the product. Healthcare contains some of the most complicated and rewarding processes in need of improvement, with added layers of funding models, provider preferences and the patients in need of complex and compassionate care.
