I\'m a PMP certified Project Manager who provides Project Management or Construction Management Services on Industrial Projects of various types and sizes. Projects have included Power Plants, Coal Fired Facilities, Ethanol, Oilseed Extraction, Oilseed Refinery, Wind Farms, Shut Downs and various other Industrial Processing Projects.I have successfully managed projects as an EPC Contractor, Construction Management Firm and as a Client Construction Manager. Intimately familiar with process and power piping, process electrical and instrumentation, equipment installation, boilers and pressure vessels, start-up and commissioning procedures, cranes and rigging, structural steel installation, concrete and civil work, tank construction and all other aspects of the construction process. I have a strong focus on productivity, schedule control, constructibility review, earned value tracking/trending, ensuring a safe site and contractor safety management and that the owner gets a quality product at the end of the day.
