Supervise a HVAC maintenance crew of 30 field employees that operate and maintained all types of building equipment consisting of large tonnage HVAC systems, automated controls, EMS-BAS, electrical distribution systems, PDU, RPP, UPS systems, and generator systems. Manage and executed detailed preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance program and ensure records are maintained. Responsibilities included development of mission critical work event practices to ensure uninterrupted downtime along with promoting and maintain safety programs and employees’ development. Responsible for the implementation and management of financial spreadsheets and budgeting.
