I believe it’s possible for everyone to thrive in business AND in life! My mission is to challenge, encourage, and equip people to make that possibility a reality! People typically ask, “What do you do?” I believe a more pertinent question is, “why” do you do what you do? I have a calling to challenge, encourage, and equip people to pursue the most fulfilling life possible. I love the context that the workplace creates to live out that calling! So I spend most of my time helping individuals and organizations transform from surviving to thriving. “How” do I do that? First, I love to take a compelling vision or goal and break it into executable strategies. Next, I identify and utilize the unique abilities each team member has and help them identify how they can employ those skills toward the tasks and projects necessary to accomplish the goal. Finally, I work to develop a rich unity and deep commitment among the team to accomplish our goal with excellence. The tasks and projects undertaken to accomplish our goal become avenues through which I can challenge, encourage, and equip others to experience what it means to do things with excellence so that, in turn, they can flourish. Consequently, for me, work isn’t merely a job - it’s a catalyst for teaching people how to live an abundant life! When I think about my career, the experience I gain, and the impact I get to have is the pay, my compensation is just part of the added benefits package.

   As a passionate skier, I enjoy teaching ski lessons on the weekends to help individuals develop their skiing abilities and grow a greater love for mountain sports. I\'m a Level 2 PSIA-certified ski instructor.
