I am proud to be the Integrated Security Services Operations Manager for the Southwest Region which includes service offers for all of Arizona, Southern Nevada, and National Accounts. DH Pace Company, Inc. is known primarily as a National Door Service Company with 50+ offices throughout the US with a select few locations offering Integrated Security Services (ISS). The Southwest Regional Office located in Tempe, AZ has the largest ISS department in the company. The growth he have experienced in the 16+ years I have been with DH Pace is incredible to say the least. I can remember when we had only five (5) ISS technicians and most of our work being in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Now we are servicing the entire state of Arizona and beyond with more than 20 technicians including multiple in Southern AZ, Northern AZ, and Las Vegas, NV. We have also expanded our reach to include regional and national accounts services over 1,300 sites throughout the US. As ISS has grown in the Southwest Region so has our footprint within DH Pace across the country. While growth can be a challenge we are taking it head on with aspirations of offering ISS services in all 50+ locations in the very near future. Come grow with us! We have almost 200 open positions.
